The Porco Trial Blog: Shock And Awe
The letter you refer to from Chris' brother Johnathan was written by John Polster, not Johnathan, In fact, Johnathan Porco refused to sign that letter but Polster and Kindlon submitted the unsigned letter to Judge Berry anyway. The TU printed that letter, but failed to mention it was unsigned, so many, like you, think that letter actually expressed Johnathan Porco's support of his brother. That letter was just another trick pulled from the defense's bag of "dirty tricks."

To me, they got it all wrong. Porco is innocent. If you are wondering, the surveillance of his yellow jeep leaving campus meant that he left campus-obviously. Porco couldn't park on campus and he had to leave campus. The toll ticket could have the DNA of 70 percent of the caucasian population on it. The alleged head nod from Joan Porco is irrelavent because at the time when she allegedly gave that head nod, her brain was visible. The person I beleive who commited this crime was porco's cousin who is a snitch for the mob and people like that chop people into pieces with and axe. Based on the interview with his friends, Christopher Porco was a gentle, kind-loving person who loved his parents. I am so surprised that he was convicted with such a lack of physical evidence.
